Conscious Sexuality is a somatic education and coaching practice in North London (N11) run by Melanie Knight, a Sexological Bodyworker and certified Sex educator and bodyworker. Melanie works with women, men and couples to reconnect with their bodies, explore desire and boundaries, and develop a more embodied relationship with intimacy and pleasure. Sessions are warm, professional and trauma-informed, drawing on breathwork, movement, touch education and guided somatic practices. Everything is consent-based and tailored to where you are. Offerings include one-to-one sessions (in person and online), monthly women's circles exploring embodied freedom and sensuality, a six-week group programme on consent, desire and boundaries, and couples work for partners wanting to deepen physical and emotional connection. Melanie is faculty at the Somatic Sexology School, a member of the Association of Somatic and Integrative Sexologists, and a former board member of the Association of Certified Somatic Bodyworkers.
