I am Jennifer Fisher and I founded Oils & More with Jennifer more than 10 years ago. I have a background in science and love nature. I help solve problems by switching up daily habits using pure plants. I help women — especially those in the sandwich generation, caring for teens and ageing parents — Because just like you, I’ve been there. You’re juggling family, work, caregiving — and wondering when it’s your turn to feel well again. Women who work with me reported meaningful change in their moods, self love and confidence - especially during hormonal changes…just by introducing relevant small daily habits using plants. I won’t give you a massive to-do list. I don’t just teach oils — I help you use them.  With over 250 different incredible essential oils, my goal is to demystify and simplify.
